Pre-Order Now to get Wyatt
and Olivia’s highly awaited story.
Wyatt Stone knows how easily a woman can destroy
a man’s trust, because he’s been there. So when his attraction for Olivia
Roberts brings him to the point of giving in to his desire for her, he knows
the safest thing to do is not start something he can’t finish, but Olivia is so
irresistible.
Olivia has been crazy about Wyatt since the first time she met him but he’s as
stubborn and ornery as any cowboy can be so when she finally seduces him, she’s
determined not to let him go. Only holding on to him may be what causes her to
lose him and her heart in the end.
But when the mother who abandoned her comes to town demanding what Olivia can’t
give, her world is turned upside down and Wyatt is determined to find out why
even as he falls harder for the amethyst-eyed beauty.
Excerpt:
She watched as Wyatt reached into the
glass she’d placed on the table, and pulled out an ice cube. He grinned at her
while he ran it along her lips and down her chin following it with his mouth,
down along her neck, the cold making her hiss in a breath. He moved the ice
cube to her breast and encircled her nipple, making it tighten into a stiff
peak. His tongue moved over it before he sucked it into his mouth while moving
the ice cube to her other breast. His lips moved along her chest to her other
breast where he pulled on her nipple with his teeth.
She clutched at the pillow as he moved
the ice cube down along her flat stomach, around her belly button only to stop
above her curls, making her whimper. His tongue followed every wet trail the
ice cube made. When he moved the ice to touch her clitoris, she almost sprang
off the bed and she heard him chuckle. Then he moved the ice cube down between
her folds and back to her clitoris, where he kept rubbing it against her. As
one ice cube would melt, he’d reach for another one.
Olivia began panting in anticipation as
he pushed her legs further apart and replaced the ice cube with his mouth. Her
body was so sensitive due to the cold ice that she screamed out as she came
hard against his lips. When Wyatt moved up her body, she could do nothing to
stop him from doing anything he wanted to her. She lay spent. The next thing
she knew, he thrust into her hard and fast. When he pressed his lips to hers,
she tasted herself there and thought it the most erotic thing ever when he
pushed the ice cube from his mouth into hers. She moaned against his lips.
“God, what you do to me, Wyatt,” she
whispered.
“Hold on tight, darlin’. It’s going to be
a hard ride,” he said against her lips as he started moving his hips. Slowly at
first, then he picked up the pace and thrust hard into her.
Her legs locked tight around his waist as
he pressed his lips to hers. She felt the waves start to crash over her again
and she plummeted over the edge, biting his shoulder as she did. Wyatt went
rigid and groaned out her name before collapsing on her. She ran her fingers
through his thick hair.
“That was fantastic,” she said.
Wyatt raised his head and stared at her.
“Yeah, it was.” He kissed her and rolled off her.
“Do you mind if I take a shower?” she
asked.
He waved his hand. “Have at it. I’ll be
here…sleeping.”
Olivia laughed and headed toward the
bathroom. “Thought you had more in you than that, cowboy.”
She smiled as she closed the door and
turned the shower on. The bathroom quickly filled with steam. Stepping inside
the shower, she closed the glass doors, picked up the soap, and lathered it up.
She began to wash and grinned with satisfaction when she heard the bathroom
door open.
“Did you decide on a shower after all?”
The glass doors slid open and Wyatt
stepped in. “Woman, I never back down from a challenge.”
“Oh, really? Well, I’ll just have to toss
a few more out there then.”
He chuckled. “Just try not to kill me.”
Olivia put her hands on his chest and
rubbed soap on him. Her hands slowly lowered to his cock and her fingers
wrapped around him, making him groan. He grew thick and hard in her hands. He
picked her up, set her back against the wall, and slid into her. She moaned
deep in her throat.
“You feel fantastic.”
“Not as good as you feel, sweetheart. Damn,
am I ever going to get enough of you?” he murmured.
She locked her legs around his waist and
held on as he pounded into her. Sex had never been this good before. This man
knew how to please her. She never wanted to let go and she was going to do
everything in her power to keep him. Her orgasm ripped through her, making her
shudder and cry out. She felt him stiffen as his own orgasm engulfed through
him. Wyatt kissed her and leaned his forehead against hers.
“Damn.”
Olivia laughed. “Yeah…damn.”
“I do need to sleep now.”
“Why are men like that?”
Wyatt laughed. “Because we wear ourselves
out, and in case you hadn’t noticed, we just did it twice within a few
minutes.”
“Oh, please…like women don’t get worn out
from it?”
“I’m smart enough not to have this
conversation. Let’s wash up and go to bed.”
“Now you’re talking.” Olivia grinned.
“To sleep,” he growled.
“Sure. Whatever.” She laughed.
She took the soap from him and washed him
again but when her hand started to stray downward, he grasped her wrist. She
gazed up at him and laughed.
“Behave. I have an idea. You wash you and
I’ll wash me,” Wyatt told her.
“Spoil sport.” She sighed. “All right but
I don’t want any grumbling from you if I wake you up during the night. I’ll
challenge you to that.”
Wyatt groaned. “You’re going to kill me.”
Olivia burst out laughing. “What a way to
go.” She squealed when he picked her up and carried her out of the shower.
Setting her down, he grabbed a towel and rubbed her dry, and then quickly ran
the towel over his damp body. He leaned down, kissing her hard and quick, and
then tossed her over his shoulder, carrying her back to the bed. He had
accepted her challenge.
About the Author:
From Susan Fisher-Davis—
I've been writing
for years but I never thought my stories were good enough to get published. I
had actually given up writing for a year when I decided to give it another try.
Through Facebook, I met Amy Valentini, an editor. (Thanks for the plug, Sue!)
We became friends and once I completed my book, I sent it to her for editing. I
believe that without her, I wouldn't have gotten a contract. I submitted my
manuscript to five publishing houses and three wanted it. After a few days, I
decided to go with Secret Cravings Publishing. This company is amazing. The
owner, Sandy Lea Sullivan has the patience of a Saint. I ask her so many
questions, I'm surprised she hasn't blocked my email. I always get the same
answer from her when I apologize for bothering her, "It's what I'm here
for." Amazing! I have a three-year contract with them and if, at all
possible, I will stay with them after that.
I have two series coming out. The Men of Clifton, Montana and The Bad Boys of Dry River. Cowboys and bad boys...what more could a woman want? I hope you enjoy my books. The Bad Boys of Dry River will begin in January 2015. I'm so pleased with the reviews JAKE is getting. If you read any of my books, please leave a review on the site where you purchased the book. Have a wonderful day!
