Today is a busy day for me and Santa (my hubby) with some last minute preparations, I will load up the sleigh (my car) and take Santa his uniform. He'll dress and practice his Ho Ho Ho's and then we'll be off to the local homeless shelter where they throw a party for the children in residence. Santa will greet the kids, while some will be so excited that even seeing a six foot four inch Santa walk in won't deter them, others will shy away in awe. Eventually, nearly all will either climb into his lap or sit alongside to talk with Santa and receive their gifts.
Santa and a little fellow who isn't quite sure. |
I know the children will be thrilled especially since the budget allowed for each child to get what they wished for from Santa this year which makes me, Santa's shopping elf/Mrs. Claus, very happy.
Santa and I would like very much to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, or Happy Holidays ... whatever you do celebrate or don't, we don't judge, we just hope it's the best ever. Thank you for visiting UNWRAPPING ROMANCE and I look forward to treating you to more delightful visits to come.

So, have you been naughty or nice this year?
What would you like to ask Santa to bring you this year?
Well, whether you've been naughty or nice, I hope you get everything you wish for and more.

What a wonderful thing to do Amy! I hope you and your DH have a wonderful Christmas filled with all the lovely things you wish for yourselves.
I'm celebrating my little sister's birthday today, in between doing all those last minute things that always get forgotten until the last minute.
A very Happy Christmas to you and yours. xoxo
Thanks Beebs, it never really seems to feel like Christmas until we do the Santa Visit.
Your sister's birthday!? Well, wish her a very Happy Birthday from 'across the pond' and enjoy!
A very Merry Christmas to you and yours as well. xoxo : )
Amy,
Kevin's new suit is rad! I had not seen until this year! As always I have very proud of you for all the wonderful things you do during the season and the year, and very proud to part of your family! Good works! Next year you should make Marco antlers! He can be Rudolph.
Love,
Maureen
LOL!! I tried getting Marco to wear a hat for 2 seconds and that went over like a lead balloon - no way, he'd do antlers.
I had so much fun doing the Santa Visit this time because I got to play Santa! I'll give the details on Monday ... perhaps I can even get picture evidence. : )
Merrrrry Christmas and to all, a Good Night! xoxo
